Client Confidentiality
All client communications, records, and treatment sessions are strictly confidential and will not be shared with any outside persons without explicit written consent from the client, unless required by court order. Safety precautions are the exception for every client.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Checks should be made out to Mary Heckenbach.
- Tips are not accepted. Session fees are a flat rate, set to cover the cost of work, supplies, and travel.
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, you may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours prior. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled after this time will be billed for the full amount of the session.
Appropriate Professional Behavior
My profession requires ethical behavior. All communications with clients will closely follow the professional code of ethics. This includes a statement that practitioners and their clients do not engage in close personal relationships.
